What I love about NYC
Reading from my August 11th issue of amNewYork, I find a review of Crumbs, a bakery specializing in cupcakes. (Yeah, niche stores abound.) But it's not until the fifth paragraph and 3/4ths of the way through the article that they say, “Crumbs, a kosher bakery,...”
In Detroit, the fact that a bakery is kosher is part of its identity. Here, it's a great bakery. It just happens to be kosher too...
