On the water
Sunday, OZ had a kayaking trip on the Delaware river. It was quite a ride in the bus to get there, but oh, wow, the scenery was amazing. You have the river wide in front of you, and trees thickly lining the shore for as far as you can see. It was a rather solitary group activity, and I joined and left groups of people as I went. I didn't bring enough water (I thought 1.5 liters would be enough) and missed a few spots for sunscreen, and my 12-mile, 4-hour trip has left my arms tired and me rather exhausted. But it was awesome.

Where exactly were these 12 miles of Delaware river? Used to live in Joisey, just curious. It's quite pleasant, innit?
