Restaurant elevator pitch

The name: Tastes Like Chicken

So they batter and deep fry food, but here's the catch: you, as the customer, don't know what it is. It just tastes like chicken. Could be alligator or possum or whatever they got cheaply from the food distributor. Perhaps, to change things up, they might occasionally throw in real chicken! Oh, even better. At the end of the meal, if you really wanted to know, you could pay a bit to find out.
