NetNewsWire Beta

In an earlier post I complained about lockups in NetNewsWire. I don't know how Brent found out about my post, but he immediately invited me to try a beta version of NNW that was better for users like me who had psychotically-high retention settings.

After a few betas, he nailed the problem. I've been using the betas ever since, but haven't been able to say much as I was sworn to secrecy. But the public beta is out now and I can talk. So, if doing testing is your thing, make a backup and go get it. It's amazingly fast, never locks up, and for good measure synchs with NewsGator online, so you can read your news anywhere.

It's awesome. Go Brent!
